I know it's been a while I did something like this here and its quite late for our "Better me" feature,but I couldn't just get my mind off this and I know I need to share because I might be helping someone.   It is funny how many of us let our choice be influenced by people,environment and most especially our mindset, some bad things that have happened to us in life are brought about by our own choices just because we didn't want to break the society norm or go against the set down 'cool rules' don't get me wrong I'm not saying be rebellious but come to thing of it some people set down this rules and they can be twisted,changed,broken or even erased.
