HAIR TALK WITH TIWATOPE;SIMPLE TIPS TO GROW HEALTHY HAIR.

Get in here fabbies!,i know most of you are still asleep but it is allowed,there is public holiday.I told you we would be having an hair stylist and therapist on aabiefab blog,let us meet her..

Tiwatope rarely uses extensions,all she does is style her hair basically into how she wants it (is that not amazing?),.Let us start with our introduction with simple tips on how to grow healthy hair.
It amazes me when ladies don't consider their hair scalp when considering every other parts of their skin,have you forgotten that your scalp is also part of your skin? and to grow healthy hair,you need to be concerned about a healthy scalp.Don't be sad,don't feel bad,I'm here to supply you simple tips on how to start growing healthy hair because it is right about time you start taking action,follow the simple tip I'm about to give and join me on this hair journey you will have fun on.


1.MASSAGE YOUR SCALP: This particular one works like magic,I personally do this on a daily basis,massaging the scalp improves blood circulation in the area,which promotes the growth of healthy hair.Make it an habit to always massage your hair in your down time.
Using the pad of your fingers,use any of these oils to massage your scalp in a circular motion for 15 minutes,but make sure you cover every spot.;
     *Coconut oil.
     *Olive oil.
     *Almond oil.
     *Jojoba oil.

2.STAY HYDRATED.: Be sure you drink plenty of water during the day and anytime you are feeling thirsty,take water instead of alcohol....lol.
Dehydration is another common culprit when it comes to dry damaged hair,to make this easy try carrying with you every time a bottle of water,so you are never without water,you know water does more than we even imagine.

3.TAKE TRIMS: So many ladies shy away from this aspect of hair care,because they feel the are reducing the length of their hair.You shouldnt even think of having long hair when your hair is damaged,trims help get rid of split ends replacing it sith healthy new ones.
Take trims every 8 weeks and make sure  you don't cut more than half an inch (when you trim your hair,it grows back in 7 days...now do you feel good?).

4.AVOID HEAT STYLING TOOLS: While you are trying to restore your hair back to good health avoid heat styling tools like dryers,flat iron(straightener), and the likes.Too much of heat from this tools exposes your hair to breakage by making your hair more lighter and eventually breaks off ,Instead let your hair dry naturally.

5.CHECK YOUR DIET:. Supplements are cool...like biotin tablets,but I don't use pills so I wouldn't advice you to do so.Since our body requires many vital nutrients to create new healthy hair,check what you eat,to grow a very long and healthy hair eat more proteins.
