FRIDAY SPONTANEOUS POST : CAN TRUST BE REBUILT?

Happy weekend everyone, I type today's in-house gist with a glumly face sha, anyways how did your workdays go?, mine was stressful mehn, I resumed work and it was tiring plus sun and heat in Ilorin here is cray, and rain has refused to fall, all ye Ilorin peepz allegedly #holding# rain, una wehdone oh, hope yu know nobody can stop the work of God...isokae, una juju go soon spoil.

Any Owambe this week #winks#, eyin every weekend turn up I sight you. So straight to today's post, had a really long chat with an old friend on this so I decided to bring it here.
Ever been in a situation where you have to question the trust you have for a friend, partner or even family member?.

According to research, no relationship can last long without trust, because it's the basic requirement for any human relationship and interaction, but what if the trust gets broken, you get hurt by that person you once trusted, that person you shared some of your best moments with.

Funny thing is you try patching things up with the person but they keep screwing things up, if it was friendship there's the fear of having to rebuild the friendship you once had with that person, if its family you know they say blood is thicker than water, and if it's a relationship especially a long term there is the fear of if I  break this how will i start all over, and the fear of starting afresh with a new person blablabla.

So the question is can trust be rebuilt?, if yes how??.
