FIVE THINGS TO DO TO HAVE A PLEASANT WEEK.


We all know how starting a new week can be somehow annoying especially Mondays sometimes, but the sad news for all new week haters is that you can't stop time, there is even nothing you can do to pause time.
So instead loathing the new week, you should think of ways you could maximize it and make the best of it. So here are five simple tricks that work for me and it should work for you too.

1. Work with a plan.


You should be organized, sure life throws at us unexpected things, but you have to plan ahead time, if you are still in school schedule ahead so you will know the free time you have aside your lecture times and plan with the remaining free time, I'm starting something new this week and I think you should too,I'm going to write out list of things I have to do before this week runs out and it's not a must I achieve them all but at least there is something guiding me.
Don't forget if you fail to plan you  plan to fail.

2. Pick out your clothes.

Sincerely out of ten girls six girls run late out of the indecision of what to wear for an occasion, if you fall into that category you can save yourself and the people you delay the stress by using your Sunday evening to pick out the clothes you intend wearing throughout the week, even if you eventually decide to change your mind if won't be too hard because you already have other options.

3. Don't be rigid.

Don't be too rigid, be carefree, don't say because you have a plan you just can't do something outside it, the purpose of the plan is not for you to live 100pecent by it it's just to guide you, if an impromptu event comes up and you are free to go, you should go, meet people, live life...remember You only live once.

4. Eat right and at the right time.


It's funny how food is on this list but yes food is important!, if you think an hungry an is an angry man is just something they say to sound funny then you have never been hungry, food changes a lot of things, have you just seen food and you are happy even though you were not so happy before?.
You don't want to get home after a long day to start thinking of what to eat especially when you don't eat out.
So plan your food ahead especially in Nigeria where we have almost the same cycle of food

5. Make sure you have time for yourself.

No matter how busy you are always make sure you have time for yourself. People will come and go, events will happen and pass, you are the only person that will always remain with you, make sure you are comfortable with being yourself, the time you spend with yourself is the time you get to meditate, plan ahead, think and do bunch of stuffs.
