WHAT TO DO TO MAKE THE NEW WEEK BEAUTIFUL.


Hello everyone!,i miss being here,i have not yet found my balance but i promise you it will all end this week,so between a new semester just starting and that really stressful job,and preparing for exams you know you can still make this week awesome yeah?,i have had this post in my head for a while but i had to experiment and see it worked and it really helped me.When school resumed
at first i was always stressed with the lectures that take the whole day to the tug of war of getting to school and leaving and the list goes on and on i needed to just ease stress and find a way to find a balance the million things which i have my hands in,although i am not yet done with that but here are ways you could ease stress this week.

1.Have a positive mindset: So your new week can even been ruined before it starts but waking up with a very good mind can really help,let us put aside the spiritual aspect now,wake up to yourself and say to yourself "i smell a beautiful week",having that in mind you wont want anything to ruin that,to the girls if you know getting to choose what to wear will frustrate you in the morning,no matter how tired you are decide before you go to bed.

2.Challenge yourself: Actually you can do more than what you think you can you just have to push yourself to do them,if you are not challenged,how will you change and how will you learn from it.

3.Meditate: A few minutes of practice per day can help ease anxiety “Research suggests that daily meditation may alter the brain’s neural pathways, making you more resilient to stress,” says psychologist Robbie Maller Hartman, PhD, a Chicago health and wellness coach
It's simple. Sit up straight with both feet on the floor. Close your eyes. Focus your attention on reciting -- out loud or silently -- a positive saying such as “I feel at peace” or “I love myself.”. Let any distracting thoughts float by like clouds.

4.Reach out to others:  Your social network is one of your best tools for handling stress. Talk to others preferably face to face, or at least on the phone,share what's going on,you can get a fresh perspective while keeping your connection strong.

5.Keep an open mind: Keep an open mind,do someting fun and crazy perharps,(if you get into trouble my hand is not there o),meet people,come out of your shell,try something new,help someone,learn from people and make them learn from you.
         Always remember everything happens for a reason,live it,love it,learn from it,let your smile change the world but don't let the world change your smile love you all!.
