The United Nations' (UN) World Teachers' Day commemorates the work of teachers and their contributions to society. It is observed on October 5 each year.
On this very day,we celebrate our teachers as they form the most important part in our societies as they help us mould our lives,and have the most noble profession in the world,we love them and we celebrate them,but its a pity Nigerian government degrade our teachers,many states owing months of unpaid salaries,we hope all that will end soon.

The University of Ilorin in Kwara State has emerged the 2016 university of first choice among student-applicants as the foremost citadel of learning in the country, followed by 16 others drawn from the federal, state and private universities, Economic Confidential has reported.

In a new report obtained and carefully computed and analysed by the economic intelligence magazine from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) on preferred first university of choice in 2016, the University of Ilorin has the highest student-applicants of 103,238 students, with male student-applicants of 51,082 and female student-applicants of 52,156.

According to DailyMail, 24 year old Mubeen Rajhu who is a Muslim from Lahore, Pakistan shot he shot his 18-year-old sister in the head for disgracing the family by marrying a Christian.

 Explaining his actions, Rajhu said: "I told her I would have no face to show at the mill, to show to my neighbors, so don't do it. Don't do it. But she wouldn't listen.

I could not let it go. It was all I could think about. I had to kill her. There was no choice. There was no yelling, no shouting. I just shot her dead."

 Their father, Mohammed Naseer Rajhu, surprisingly agrees with this 'honour killing', as he says his late daughter brought shame to the family.

"My family is destroyed. Everything is destroyed only because of this shameful girl. Even after death I am destroyed because of her", he said.

The murderer is being held by police.

BETTER ME; HEALTHY WAYS TO FINDING INNER PEACE.

Life is filled with some things that are inevitable don't you think?, stress,problems,worry...name them are all designed to be part of a man's life,somethings just drain our strength,and drain us emotionally no matter how strong we claim to be,when any of these things hit us, it distorts us and have an influence on our inner peace.
And this last month,I came in contact with people who helped changed my views on so many things and I had an idea of how people are actually not at peace with themselves,and I knew I had to talk about this. So I'm going to share tips on how to find inner peace,and mind you these things work for me and I'm still a work in progress myself so I'm open to other tips.

It's important to take note of how your urine looks like (note the colour) as well as the sensation when passing it. The colour of urine can tell if some organs aren't functioning well, if there's a deficiency (an indication to improve diet/ load on vitamins) and the general state of being.

For instance if there's blood in the urine this may point to problems with the kidney, urinary tract, urethra or bladder.

Happy independence to our great country Nigeria!!. It's Nigeria's birthday today but in a way it's my birthday and yours too as a Nigerian because we all make the country a country,without us Nigerians Nigeria will just be a nameless place.
Understanding this,you have to know you don't have to wait to anybody to make Nigeria which is yourself great,you won't say ohh because you have someone who is in charge of taking care of your body you don't care if you decay you will wait for him to do what he is appointed for before you do everything in your power to make yourself feel right. Yes,we have corrupt leaders few God fearing ones but what are you doing to better your country?.
